Will Mae Liezel Ramos do a Pia Wurtzbach and become Binibining Pilipinas Universe on her third try?

The gorgeous beauty queen first joined the pageant in 2014, where she (along with Wurtzbach) finished in the Top 15. She joined again in 2015, but failed to place.

After taking a break for a year, it could be Ramos' time to shine.
