The Voice Philippines judges and coaches Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, and Bamboo are rumored to perform at the 65th Miss Universe 2016 Pageant Coronation Night that will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines on January 30.
Bruno Mars is expected to be the main performer of the event.
Salonga is an international acclaimed when she starred as Kim in the 1989 production of "Miss Saigon". Her performance earned her a Tony award for best actress. Since then, her whirlwind rise to fame has been unstoppable.
Department of Tourism Undersecretary Kat de Castro teased on some of the performers at the forthcoming pageant. In a press briefing, the DOT Undersecretary revealed that it is possible for Kapamilya stars Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, Lea Salonga as well as Jed Madela to perform in the event.
If rumors proved to be true, The Voice Philippines judges and coaches will reportedly join Filipino-American international singing sensation Bruno Mars.It may be recalled that DOT Secretary Wanda Teo previously refused to comment on rumors that Fil-American star Bruno Mars will be performing on the show. Mars will be the main performer that will probably serenade the candidates while they are modelling their evening gowns.
